Mentorship program for female and non-binary students in tech

aims to support, nurture and inspire university students by pairing them with experienced advisors and empowering them with the right tools and knowledge to excel and succeed in the tech field.

What does the program offer?

This program offers support and guidance to help you find your way in tech.
You will gain access to 13|37’s knowledge organisation and a chance to learn from highly recognised advisors who work with some of the biggest tech companies out there.

Collaborate closely with an advisor

You will be paired with a female or non-binary advisor who will guide you through your professional growth and help you along the way. Our advisors are supportive, compassionate, trained and experienced to help you with any challenges you might encounter on your tech voyage. This also includes 1:1 development talks, CV and interview preparation as well as guidance with sharpening tech and interpersonal skills.

Become a part of a competence group

You will be enrolled in a competence group. A competence group is a closed community that will encourage and allow you to grow your knowledge in a certain domain (e.g. web architecture, cloud computing, data engineering, etc.). The competence group is led by our colleagues with years of experience in the field.

Gain access to more knowledge

You will gain access to our internal conferences known as Knowabungas, our knowledge gatherings, Evolve workshops and other knowledge activities we offer to help improve both tech and interpersonal skills.

Boost your professional growth

You will get a yearly subscription to an online platform of your choice through which you can learn and strengthen your knowledge.

* The program is completely FREE and you are not bound to 13|37 after its conclusion. That said, we hope that we will really like each other and will continue to collaborate together afterwards.
